What we will and will not tell you

Funding questions get answered badly across this industry, usually with a headline percentage that almost nobody actually receives. We would rather give you a number you can plan around, and say plainly when we cannot.

Caps are shown, not hidden
A 70 percent rate capped at S$500 is not 70 percent on a S$1,200 course. Where a cap bites, the effective rate is stated next to the headline one.
GST is handled correctly
Funding support applies to the fee excluding GST. GST is charged on the full fee, so the total you see already accounts for it.
Every answer cites its rule
Including a link to the official scheme page and the date we last checked it against that page.
We say when we do not know
If the configured rules do not reach your situation, you get a person, not a guess.
