About this course
A practitioner course for relationship managers and advisers who already hold a client book and want a sharper, more defensible advice process. The programme works through discovery frameworks, risk profiling that survives challenge, portfolio recommendation under suitability rules, and the documentation that has to stand up when a file is reviewed. Two thirds of contact time is spent on live case work rather than lecture.
What you will be able to do
- Run a discovery conversation that surfaces objectives, constraints and genuine risk tolerance
- Construct a recommendation that maps every product decision back to a stated client need
- Document advice so that the rationale is legible to a reviewer two years later
- Handle the four objections that most often derail a suitability discussion
Who it is for
- Relationship managers with an existing client book
- Wealth advisers moving into a more complex client segment
- Team leads reviewing advice files
