About this course

An extended, project-based programme for practitioners who need to move past demonstrations. Participants take one real process from their own institution and work it end to end: framing the problem, assembling evaluation data, building a working prototype, then designing the model risk governance, human review points and monitoring that let a regulated firm actually deploy it. The final session is a defence of the build to a panel.

What you will be able to do

  • Frame a business process as a problem an AI system can actually improve
  • Build an evaluation set before building the system
  • Design the human review points a regulated deployment requires
  • Present a model risk case to a governance forum

Who it is for

  • Technology and transformation leads
  • Risk and model governance staff
  • Product owners in regulated processes
