About this course
An extended, project-based programme for practitioners who need to move past demonstrations. Participants take one real process from their own institution and work it end to end: framing the problem, assembling evaluation data, building a working prototype, then designing the model risk governance, human review points and monitoring that let a regulated firm actually deploy it. The final session is a defence of the build to a panel.
What you will be able to do
- Frame a business process as a problem an AI system can actually improve
- Build an evaluation set before building the system
- Design the human review points a regulated deployment requires
- Present a model risk case to a governance forum
Who it is for
- Technology and transformation leads
- Risk and model governance staff
- Product owners in regulated processes
